With Adobe XD, re-designed a user experience with a mobile-first approach. The initial design was responsive web, but wasn't designed with the understanding that most of our web-traffic were on mobile devices.

The concept restructured the flow so that each user could potentially have a completely different experience from another given the inputs they would submit as part of their application. This would allow our teams to only capture the details required to move the user forward with less screens to expedite the time to complete.
